Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert,
Realtors®, announced in December of 2005, the new affiliation of
three well-established real estate offices in Connecticut, located
in Branford, Orange, and Wallingford, serving the Greater New Haven
Area.
Martin
J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.,

REALTORS® - Shoreline Properties, Branford, CT – Managing
Partners Dave Burke and Cal Laird, have owned and operated their
office since 1980. Cal Laird is the broker of record for the
office, located at 707 Main Street in Branford.

REALTORS® - Regional Properties, Orange, CT – Owned and
operated by 22-year partners Clem Fucci and Tom Cavaliere, along
with Nick Mastrangelo, a managing partner since 2001. Clem
Fucci is the broker of record for the office, located at 185
Boston Post Road in Orange.

REALTORS® - Quinnipiac Properties, Wallingford, CT – Fred
Gettner, broker/owner since 1980, manages the office, located at
221 North Main Street in Wallingford.
The three new Greater New Haven affiliates bring the number of
opened Weichert offices in the Nutmeg State to ten.

and Waterbury, as well as company-owned offices in Greenwich,
